Is my Cassia tree overwatered?

My Cassia tree is dropping limbs. Is this from over watering?

Marianne's Response

Most likely too much water is the problem. The Cassia tree likes very well drained soil. Don't be afraid to prune this rather sprawling tree and leave just one trunk to create a more tidy tree shape. It requires little to moderate water and loves full sun. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
