Have you had cold weather and lots of rain? Lower leaves turning yellow could be a sign of overwatering or cool nights as Okra is a warmth loving plant. The plants look otherwise healthy so try covering them at night with plastic tents or a gallon milk jug with the bottom cut out. I suspect in a few weeks the warmer weather will perk up the plants.
