Marianne's Response
Jamaica
I’m moving to Jamaica and I want to start a garden. Can I grow collard greens in Jamaica? What other US fruits and vegetables would grow well in that climate?

What an exciting adventure you have ahead of you. Jamaica has a warm and tropical climate so I suspect Collard greens would do fine but I must confess I am not an expert on growing plants in a tropical climate. The good news is that you will have lots of local advice available from gardeners that live in that country if you join a local garden club, visit the local library or find the nearest nursery and start asking questions. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
