Hello, I moved from from a Chicago superb just 20 miles west of the city to about 30 min just north of Chicago. In my previous home I had this flower, it really looked like a prairie wild flower that I purchased from this garden place. The sales lady brought me over to where the herbs were. She told me about this herb plant that when it flowers it just a beautiful scent it fills up all your yard. I bought it. Sure enough it was lovely. I have looked and asked for now for6yrs now with no luck. Hoping you can. Since these herbs were in “abc” order it was toward the back in the of the “abs” like after k on down z for the rest of the alphabet. Anyway, this it a tall plant, above 5ft. Skinny leaves going up the stem of the plant and the flower was like a whitebottle brush that comes narrowly at the top look flower. It is a perennial and it reseeding in parts of the yards. Also,she told me this herb you cannot eat. If it isn’t an “herb” plant could it be a prairie wild flower? I hope I make sense here to give a
