Mystery plant: Tall with white flowers

I cannot locate anything about these plants. They are about 3 feet tall and are taking over a section of my garden. I love them, though, and I wish I knew more about them. The white flowers droop over so pretty and are a nice background, since I do weddings here. I’m also trying to find out what this flying insect is, if you have any ideas! Thank you!

From the image you sent it looks like a white buddleah or butterfly bush. They can be cut to the ground in early spring to control their size. The flying insect looks like an ichneumon wasp and they are actually good for your garden as they lay their eggs on plant destroying insects. Enjoy both the flowers and the insects.
