Late harvest peppers, spinach, and tomatoes
How late can I plant peppers, spinach, and tomatoes in Georgia?

Marianne's Response
Dig in and plant now. You can still expect a harvest before the first hard frost. The spinach should be planted later when the weather cools in September, as warm weather causes spinach to bolt or flower. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
