between \"Lantana\" plants. The flower bed is 3ft.wide by 50 ft long. I have the Pentas planted along the sides of the flower bed and half way between the Lantana. The entire bed has cypress mulch in it about 3 to 4 inches deep. The bed has an underground watering system that waters below the ground level. The instructions on the Osmocote Plant Food container instructs to use 1 cupful per 4 square ft. area. The Lantana does not need fertilizing
