Pruning philodendron plants

I have a beautiful Philodendron Moonlight that is in bloom now. However, it’s getting larger than I would like and would like to prune it after it stops blooming. How could I do that? It’s about 3 1/2 feet at this stage.

The philodendron house plant is easy to prune - just remember where you make the cut is where new leaves will sprout. use a sharp knife or hand pruners to cut just above a node or growth joint. You can prune any time of year and even reroot the section of stem you cut off. Just place the cut end into a glass of water until you see roots form then replant into potting soil.
