I picked mint tea from my garden and brewed it when it was done there were white particals floating in the water, and it was foaming.
I also used part of a stevia plant to sweeting it.

Not sure what the white particles are floating in your tea. Loved the idea of sweeting it with stevia plant but I am not much of a cook so can't tell you how best to use this herb. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
