What mulch should be used in flower beds?
What would you suggest to use in your flower beds instead of beauty bark?

I like composted dairy manure as a mulch (called Moo Doo in our area) but you can also buy bags of compost from a garden center that are weed free and look great. Spring is the time to smother the weeds with a new mulch.
