Can Calla Lillies overwinter in a greenhouse?
Hi Marianne, I live in Auburn, WA. I stored my pots with Calla Lily’s in my unheated greenhouse. I’m worried if they died. What is the best way to tell if they are still alive? Should I dig in the pot and look for the bulb?

Time will tell but if you need to know now you can turn the pot over and let the soil and bulb fall out. If the bulb is firm then replant and wait. A dead bulb will be soft or light weight. I bet your callas are fine. As long as you did not overwater they seem to winter well in your area.
