Marianne's Response
What does “in ground only” mean on the label of my garden kit?
What does “in ground only” mean on my veggie and herb kit? It’s referring to zucchini and cucumbers.

My best guess, having not seen the label, is that the vegetables in question are spreading rather than compact forms so they grow best when planted directly into the soil with room to grow rather than cramped up inside a container. Both zucchini and cucumber do come in compact bush forms that are suitable for growing in containers, but the more common form of these two is to spread out and cover lots of ground in the summer.
Keep growing,
