planted my garden back in march we live in deep south louisiana all of my friends tomatoes plants have loads of grren tomatoes on them only one of the thirty i planted have and new tomates on it some have blooms but no veggies what can i do to insure all of my tomatoe graden will produce and do you know why this is happening

Sounds like lack of pollination. You needs lots of bees or else you can help the tomatoes by moving pollen from one open flower to another with a tiny paint brush. You can also give the plants a little shade when the flowers are open to help spread the pollen around. Add some flowers for the bees to help with pollination. Many areas have few bees due to pesticides and lack of flowers. You can also buy a spray called blossom set\" that will help more fruit form.
