Mesh lining
I just started a raised garden. I went with plants already started. Can I put the black garden mesh over the top of my soil but below the mulch just to help keep moisture in some. We live in a very hot area of Texas.

Yes if you cover the black mesh with two to five inches of mulch this will help to cool the soil and conserve moisture. I assume the mesh is a type of weed block and that water passes through it easily. Good luck on a great harvest and Keep Growing, Marianne Binetti
