Hi Marianne,
I have white blotches on my side walk and drive way. I’m beginning to get these white blotches on the cinder block on my raised bed. Can you tell me if it is a fungus, and if it is, what can I do to treat it?

White blotches do not sound like a fungus. I suspect it is only lime leaching out of the concrete. No need to treat or worry but if it really bothers you there are concrete stains available at home center store.
