The most common reason for poor yields is not enough sun, poor soil or not enough fertilizer. You say you water every day with an organic fertilizer?  Perhaps your fertilizer is too high in nitrogen or is lacking in micronutrients that the plants need. If you are getting good leaf growth but little fruit too much nitrogen could be the problem. Organic plant foods are great for improving soils but often are high in nitrogen and lack the copper, boron or other micronutrients and may not be as balanced with phosphorus or potassium. Try using a full spectrum plant food such as Osmocote worked into the soil in the spring. This summer you may see a change if you use a water soluble plant food such as Miracle Grow that will get to work immediately and contains a more balance mix of nutrients. As for your grapes, the climate may not be right for this variety. Check with your local extension agent or Master Gardener about the right grape varieties for your climate.
