This looks like a Nepeta or catnip to me. There are several varieties but not sure from the image how big the plant is. Not all catnip makes cat's go crazy so don't think your cat can help with the ID. If you do find a cat in a drunken stupor, then you can be sure it is Nepeta. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
