I do not know of such a long blooming rose but if you find one let us all know! You may be thinking of repeat flowering hybrid tea roses that bloom in late spring or June then can continue flowering until a killing frost. They are sometimes called modern roses as they flower more often than the old fashioned roses that bloomed once in June. An example is the Peace rose with yellow and orange petals. The hybrid tea roses do need lots of fertilizer, sunshine and great soil and make take a break from blooming if summer is very hot and dry. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
