It does indeed look like the groundcover creeping Jenny (Lysimachia) but the green form rather than the more ornamental and most used yellow form of this plant. Just a warning that this shade tolerant groundcover can become very invasive and creep into lawns and overrun flowerbeds. It is great dangling from tall pots and hanging baskets.
