I bought the Osmocote for my Medinilla Magnifica but want to know if the Osmocote can be used on other flowers, such as my Desert Rose?

Yes, Osmocote is a slow release plant food and I use it on all plants. The advantage of the slow release capsules is that it will not burn sensitive plants and you will not have excess nitrogen draining into the ground water. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
