Near record in height Foxglove

A banner year in our garden, as a result we have an unusually tall foxglove. Guinness record is 10 ft 10 inches. Ours is about 10 ft 8 inches.

What a majestic beauty! Congrats on your green thumb and perfect conditions for the native foxglove or digitalis to thrive. If this was my plant I would remove the spike when done blooming and lie the stem with faded flowers down on the soil where I want new foxgloves to grow. Or save some of the seeds of this super foxglove to scatter about or share. This native plant is important for some of out pollinators and humming birds so great job. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
