New property

My Question is , we just bought some property in Port Townsend, Washington, it is 2.58 Acres . and right now it is full of Alder trees , Douglas Fir , and wild shrubs and Black berries that are 4 to 7 ft tall. The plan is to have a Homestead on it , but have to clear all of that first . What is the best way to test the PH in the soil? the plan is to have a big Veggie Garden and a High Tunnel – Green House . and Pasture for Livestock . I’m not a beginner in veggie Gardening, but I am in New land , that has never been lived on . We don’t live up there yet , but plan on in the next few years …. I have lived on a farm before , and have had many gardens . but this will be a big endeavor. So I’m trying to get all the info that we will need. Thank You, Sheryl
