How to grow Hens and Chicks in a container
How do I start Hens & Chicks in a hanging form as is shown on your website? What kind of container and soil should I use?

Hens and Chicks are succulents so they need soil that drains quickly and a container that has good drainage. They prefer a clay pot and a potting soil that is light weight such as one with perlite in the soil mix rather than bark chips as bark will hold lots of moisture. The common name for these succulents is Sempervirens which means \"live forever\". As long as you don't over water your Hens will make plenty of Chicks and you'll enjoy a whole flock of these sun- loving plants. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
