You can use the Osmocote plant food you already have on all houseplants, just don't use too much. I use about half the amount of fertilizer recommended when feeding houseplants. Jade plants like to go dormant in the winter so they need very little water and fertilizer in the winter. The Flower and Vegetable formula just has more of the nutrients that make plants flower, while the Indoor Outdoor formula is a more general use fertilizer for slow and steady growth.
