Yes, it looks like you have the California fuchsia or Zauschneria a drought resistant plant used in warm climates as a groundcover. It will not survive the winters outdoors if you live in an area where you experience frost but you can grow it as a houseplant. Give it as much light as possible and do not overwater or fertilize in the winter months. Feel the soil by poking a finger down one inch and only water when the top inch of soil is dry. Never let this drought resistant plant stand in drainage water.
