Marianne's Response
Low temps and tomatoes
Will a brief temperature drop to 45 degrees harm tomato plants?

Marianne's Response
Yes. Anything below 50 degrees will upset the tomatoes especially if they are not used to cold temps and have been coddled in a greenhouse. They should survive however with a stunted growth but when warm weather arrives they will most likely recover and still bear a crop. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
