Webs on houseplants are most often spider mite. These tiny insects feed on plant tissue and love low humidity. First use a strong jet of tap water to remove the webbing and the mites. Then use a damp cloth dipped in soapy water (mild soap like Ivory) to wipe down as many of the leaves as you can. Next increase the humidity around your plants by setting the pots on a tray of pebbles with water. Keep misting daily to keep the humidity up and wipe the leaves as soon as any new webs form.
