We are all happy to help any budding gardener. From the image you sent I see nothing that stands out as serious other than these sun loving plants are dull due to lack of warm sun. Do not water and do not repot. Succulents need very little potting soil and do not mind being crowded. I think you will see more vigor in spring when longer days and warm weather returns. Keep them in a cool room near a window until all danger of frost is past. You can spray the soil with water every month or so if you feel the potting soil is completely dry.
