Yes! Osmocote in all forms is not only safe for all edibles but provides micro as well as the three macro nutrients (nitrogen, potassium, phosphorus) and so tomatoes do very well. I use Osmocote on my tomato plants in June with great results. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
