Ah yes, I  have these volunteering in my garden as well. This is a seedling of an English Laurel and it will grow into a tree like evergreen shrub, often used as a hedge. You can transplant it to a new location that needs some screening or evergreen back ground but be warned that English laurel grows fast and the blooms spread seeds about the landscape.
