Looks like the very ambitious hop vine. This is the plant that beer is made from. There is also a more ornamental golden leaf form of the hop vine. If you do not want it growing up to 12 feet tall in a few months you will need to find the source or the  root of this fast grower and dig up all the roots now. Or you can open a brewery.
