The puckered leaf does not look like a fungus to me. It looks more like physical damage such as when the leaf was young it was damaged from lack of water or nibbled by an insect or pinched in some way so it unfurled in an unusual pattern. I suggest you cut it off and if more appear then send me more info on the type of plant, your location and how often you water and feed the plant. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
