re-pot of rose, update

I’ll work on it this weekend.
I’ve attached a pic of the rose, with the dead branch on the left of the photo.

Yes, cut off that dead branch and repot. I see some bulbs poking up in the photo. Spring is on the way! Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
