Recommendations on trees?
Need a tree, good inside light, 8 ft. D bed, center of 30x30x30 ft. room. Had a flcus nydia. Cut down because of scale. Was 22 ft. tall.

I suggest one of the dwarf palms or the bamboo palm Rhapis humilis as they are slender but grow 5 to 7 feet. You can also try a citrus tree such as a Meyer Lemon tree or even an avocado tree as both can be shaped and kept under control with pruning. Sounds like you have a lovely place to grow indoor plants.
