Flower or weed?

I have this plant in my garden, I am not sure if it is a flower or a weed? It’s the tall plant in the picture. Any idea if it is good or not?

Thanks for the photo! This mystery plant looks like a weed to me. Unless you love it for some reason, if in doubt, take it out. Do I see some buds at the top in that photo? if you are curious it might be fun to let it bloom. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
