Hi there, I do see the photo of your rose bush and you stated some of the leaves are yellow but you may have meant to send more info. (Looks like you may not have finished asking the question.) Yellow leaves on roses in the winter are normal as they drop leaves in cold weather. Yellow roses during the growing season can mean too much water or poor drainage, too little water or lack of fertilizer. It can also be a sign of disease. Do the leave have black spots? Are they just the lower leaves? Do you see green veins on the yellow leaves? Perhaps a photo of the yellow leaves would help me make a better diagnosis of the problem.
