Mixing coffee grounds with soil
My wife likes to mix coffee grounds in the soil for everything. Is it safe?

Yes, coffee grounds also repel slugs if they contain caffeine as slugs hate caffeine. (They like to be sluggish and caffeine perks them up.) Be cautious not to pile on the coffee grounds too thick, or else mold may form on the top layer. Mixing the grounds into the soil is the best option.
