Too much heat can cause peas to delay blooming, as can soil that is too high in nitrogen fertilizer. I suggest you just wait and see if perhaps Mother Nature will intervene and the plants still bloom. Keep the soil moist and shade the roots with a bit of damp cardboard and you can even position a shade umbrella over the plants to keep them cool. Good Luck and Keep Growing, Marianne Binetti
