Yes! A healthy Sansevieria or snake plant flopping over is a sign of too much moisture in the soil. To administer first aid I suggest you uproot the plant and repot into a cacti potting soil or add perlite to your regular potting soil. Keep the plant out of full sun as it begins to rebuild a root system and make sure you water just a bit after the transplant.
