Sour soap
My tree is full of sour soap she’s six years old. But don’t know when I can take the The fruit from the tree. Would you please let me know? Every year a way for her to draping. But would like to take off before that happened. So I don’t loose any. Thanks

This tropical fruit can be harvested when the skin is completely green and allowed to ripen and turn yellow off the tree or you can wait until the fruit is firm and yellow still hanging on the tree. To keep the branches from draping you can thin the fruit when it is young. This gives you less fruit but is easier on the trees. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti P.S. The fruit will store 2 to 3 weeks in the frig.
