Marianne's Response

Split leaf philodendron

My split leaf philodendron needs to be repotted, roots are coming out of pot.
Also how to propagate this plant.

Marianne's Response

Philodendrons are easy to propagate. You can cut a section of root out and pot it up into potting soil and a small container and keep the soil moist. New leaves will sprout from the root cutting in about six weeks. You can also just repot the entire plant into a  larger container and it let grow. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
