Some varieties of Passiflora or Passion vine are perennial depending on the species of vine and the climate zone where you live. The flower in warm weather so if you see green leaves or stem on your vine it may be too early for signs of new growth. Wait until summer to see if it survived the winter. The huge blooms attract butterflies so this is one vine worth waiting for. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
