Vegetable gardening near sumac trees
Will it hurt to plant a vegetable garden beside a patch of poison sumac trees?

Yes, if you are allergic to sumac it could cause a problem. Some people are extremely sensitive to the poison in the sap and leaves. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
