Wow - the zinnia you are looking for sounds beautiful with a bit of story book magic. I have not noticed the peach zinnia or the nasturtium seed you are looking for but my advice is to wait until after Mother's Day when local nurseries have a chance to catch their breath after the big rush and then phone the nursery to find out if they carry those two plants. There is a grower with a retail nursery up in Maltby near Woodinville called Flower World with a huge selection of annuals that they grow from seed. Keep searching, gardening is an adventure.
