Tomato canning
I have cut my tomatoes up and didn’t get to them till the next morning they have a white film on them can I still use them to cook them boil them and then can it for juice

So sorry I am not an expert on canning and the safety protocols. I suggest you contact a 4-H group affiliated with a land grant university as they are the experts on preserving food for safety. Good job on growing enough tomatoes to preserve. Growing and preserving food is an art that needs to be preserved. Keep growing (and canning) Marianne Binetti
