Water tomatoes when the top one inch of soil feel dry to the touch. You should poke a finger into the soil to feel for moisture. I feed my tomatoes with Osmocote in June then if I am using potting soil or if my garden soil is poor I use some Miracle Grow in July. Lots of sunshine and you'll have great tomatoes soon.
