Trial-Packs

I have submitted a request for Master Gardeners Trial-Packs for our June seminar and have not received an acknowledgment. I know this IS NOT gardening question, but there is no window for comments or questions outside of “gardening”…so it is Trial-Packs!
There was a name of a person: PR or some promotions “person” whose name appeared in the website and to whom my request was made. Donot see corporate names now on website. I understand there is a “window” of shipping time, but just want to make sure
my request was received and approved for Trial-Packs.
