using osmocote as a starter of sod plugs
can I use osmocote as a starter fertilizer on empire zoysia sod plugs ?

Yes, Osmocote is an all purpose fertilizer and will help turf but it is not the best fertilizer for lawn grasses. Turf fertilizers are higher in nitrogen for green grass growth than plant food made for flowers, vegetables and fruits. I recommend you use a lawn starter fertilizer for best results when starting your sod plugs. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
