Veggie garden bed prep work
I have a dirt garden bed that started out as a mulch pile of broken down wood that has aged there for 3 or 4 years and the grass is very vigorously growing there and was wondering how to kill the grass roots and grass that is growing there I would prefer to only use all organic ways of killing grass roots and grass if at all possible I have worked the dirt and added organic matter to the soil and have it ready to plant the veggies except for the grass and grass roots I plan to plant veggies and fruit that love high acidity soil because that soil back there is very acidic from the nitrogen we have added back there over the years I just don’t want the grass or grass roots to take over my veggie garden bed that I’ve worked so hard to prep to grow my own food back there
