What formulation of Osmocote should I use for a desert rose?

Not sure what plant you are referring to. The problem with common names is that they are the same name for some very different plants. Perhaps a photo of your plant would help but in general the all purpose Osmocote for Flowers and Veggies is the go to formula for any plant. Keep growing, Marianne Binetti
